La planche de bodyboard SCIENCE DKS 2.0 PP 2x Stringers convient aux riders qui surfent presque exclusivement en drop knee ("DK") bien que celle-ci passe en prone également puisque son template reste un minimum polyvalent. Elle est rigide afin de pouvoir accelerer en DK et "pomper" sur la vague, elle possède un tail "full crescent" permettant une bonne accroche en DK et des channels dont la forme est étudiée spécifiquement pour le drop knee. Le wide point plus bas que les boards prone permet d'être stable en drop knee, et avoir le poids du corps centré sur la planche en position drop knee (alors qu'en prone en étant allongé on aura le poids du corps plus haut sur la planche et donc un wide point plus haut).
Nouveauté sur cette 2.0: Les "Ribbed Quad Channels" qui permettent une bonne accroche et un controle accru. 
Indice Science de Flex: Flex 3 (Sur une échelle de 1 à 10) le flex le plus rigide étant 1 et le plus soft 10. Il s'agit donc d'une planche bien rigide.
